Starting on September 29th and concluding on October 7th, 2023, Nayarit Vallarta Gastronómica will bring together renowned chefs and mixologists from Mexico, Latin America, and Europe, including those with Michelin Stars, 50 Best accolades, and Top Chef experience.
Every year, this event offers a program filled with unique experiences, such as exclusive dinners in picturesque locations along the bay, wine tastings led by renowned sommeliers, as well as tastings and gourmet workshops for both professionals and the general public.
Under the theme "The Cooking Factor: Cooking a New Era," Nayarit Vallarta Gastronómica will take place on the mentioned dates, with its main venue at the Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta hotel.
