For three days, the sea breeze intertwined with saxophone chords, creating a unique symphony that captivated the senses. November 9th: A Feast for the Palate and the Soul

The opening of the Jazz Festival 2023 was a sensory banquet. On the first day, we enjoyed a mix of delicious tastes, with highlights such as avocado hummus and a wonderful whole wood-grilled salmon. Simultaneous to the culinary experience, renowned artists like Paul Brown, the virtuoso guitarist, and Michael Paulo, the master of the saxophone, added a special touch to the evening. Also, Chris Walker, R&B, Smooth Jazz, and Soul director, and the rising Rebecca Jade, elevated the experience to new heights.

November 10th: Gastronomic Delights and Enchanting Notes

The next day brought tasty surprises with beef empanadas and chili-crusted rib eye. Also, we loved the notes of Maysa. The group Four80East, hailing from Toronto, Canada, masterfully blended chill, and Mike MacArthur, the saxophone maestro.

November 11th: Culminating Grandly with Flavors and Harmonies

The closing was a final feast for the soul and the palate. Every bite, from short rib sopes, went along with the harmonies of David Benoit and Brian Bromberg. The coffee-crusted picanha resonated in every corner, creating a sensory experience that will be hard to forget.
