From November 13 to 23, 2025, the 30th International Gourmet Festival returns to Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and Tepic, celebrating three decades of world-class gastronomy.
More than 60 national and international chefs will come together to showcase their creativity, passion, and culinary expertise. Over ten days, guests will enjoy exclusive menus, special events, and unique dining experiences that highlight the region's vibrant food scene.

Gourmet Safari Puerto Vallarta
On Monday, November 17, the Gourmet Safari Puerto Vallarta invites guests on a flavorful journey through four iconic restaurants: El Dorado, Azafrán, Le Bistro, and Café des Artistes, where the evening concludes with a signature dessert.

The Night of the Stars at Café des Artistes
On Tuesday, November 18, Café des Artistes will host The Night of the Stars, an unforgettable Eight-Course Dinnerfeaturing three acclaimed chefs:
Romain Dupeyre, from Racines (1 Michelin Star 2025, Hong Kong)
Thalia Barrios, from Levadura de Olla (1 Michelin Star 2025, Oaxaca)
Thierry Blouet, founder of Café des Artistes and co-founder of the Gourmet Festival

Gourmet Safari Punta de Mita
The celebration continues on Wednesday, November 19, with the Gourmet Safari Punta de Mita, featuring three of the area's most renowned restaurants: Tuna Blanca, Hector's Kitchen, and Zicatela.
At Tuna Blanca, chef Iván Fernando del Razo will present a special menu inspired by his training at Le Chique under chef Jonatán Gómez Luna. Iván later founded Tlalli and Mexko, the latter recognized by BBVA Momentum 2020 as one of Mexico's top 20 emerging companies. In 2022, he was named Best New Chef by Food & Wine.

Guest Chefs and Special Experiences
Chef Jorge Diez Martínez García from Grana Sabores de Origen (Mexico City) will also join the celebration with a special dinner at La Casa in Bucerías. His approach is guided by the Japanese principles of omotenashi, the art of sincere hospitality, and ichi-go ichi-e, which reminds us that every shared meal is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
